We understand that plans can change, and we’ll always do our best to accommodate. Please take a moment to review our cancellation policy before placing your order.

Order Notice
All cake orders must be placed at least 3 days (72 hours) in advance. This allows us enough time to prepare, gather ingredients, and ensure every detail is just right for your special occasion.

Cancellations & Refunds
Full Refund: If you cancel at least 3 days (72 hours) before your scheduled pickup or delivery date, you will receive a 100% refund.

No Refund: If the cancellation is made less than 3 days before the scheduled date, the full payment is non-refundable, as we’ve already begun preparations and allocated time and ingredients for your order.

Changes to Orders
Minor adjustments (such as writing or small design tweaks) may be accepted up to 2 days prior to your event, depending on availability. Please contact us directly as soon as possible for any changes.

No-Shows & Missed Pickups
Orders not picked up on the agreed date without prior notice are considered non-refundable. Please communicate with us in advance if something changes.
